Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I get a Refund?

Email our team at: info@aromakoo.com requesting a refund.

We will need all of the following information:
1. Provide your order number
2. Provide your reason for refund/return
3. Confirm if the items are damaged and packing is in fair condition
4. Confirm if you have received the correct items and if there are missing items.
5. Provide photo of all items received with shirt size labels/tag visible.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:
1. We will need you to provide pictures of any damaged items you wish to return
2. We offer full refunds and exchanges within 30-days of receiving products.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Incorrect or Missing Products:

AromaKoo® has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched.

AromaKoo® will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
For incorrect products, AromaKoo® offers a full refund or replacement if you contact us within 30-days, once products have been delivered.

You will have to provide us with pictures and contact us within 30-days, once products have been delivered.

Please note: we will not provide a refund if the product details indicated on the product tag, label or packing sticker you received, matches the product details you ordered. 


Order not received:

AromaKoo® will not provide refunds or resend items if tracking information shows the item has been delivered. 

However, if your full order is not received within 90-days of purchase and the order tracking reflects this as well, you will be provided a full refund on any missing items - no questions asked!

A. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by your local post office with an official seal is necessary.

B. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed/unsuccessful during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. In this case, you will need to pick up the package own your own. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, AromaKoo® takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns:

Here at AromaKoo® we accept returns - products have to be return to AromaKoo®.

Please note that AromaKoo® does not pay for any return shipping costs or labels - this cost will be paid by the customer.

Unacceptable Disputes:

AromaKoo® shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
a. The buyer does not like it.
b. The product description is not real.
c. Products smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
